Part of the production process of these wines involves aging in French oak barrels. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested from mature vines grown under optimal terroir and climate conditions. These vines thrive in Stellenbosch and its surroundings, located in the heart of the famous Cape Winelands of South Africa, a region that has been producing wine for over 350 years.
