
Founded in 2014 in the Golan Heights, our family-owned craft distillery is dedicated to pushing boundaries while honoring tradition. From grain to bottle, our whiskies are crafted with local and imported grains, pure spring and well water, and hand-selected casks chosen by our master distiller. We also produce Arak, Gin, and Absinthe, using our own beet and cane sugar alcohol and the finest botanicals, both local and imported, to create spirits of exceptional character.
