Since 1894, the Tijou family has cultivated their estate in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, rebuilding after the phylloxera crisis and passing down five generations of winemaking expertise. Today, Anne and Hervé Tijou oversee 35 hectares of vineyards in Anjou, crafting fine Loire Valley wines through a blend of tradition and modern techniques. Their cellar philosophy emphasizes natural processes, using stainless steel tanks or French oak barrels to suit each vintage.
