Since 1894, the Tijou family has cultivated their estate in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, rebuilding after the phylloxera crisis and passing down five generations of winemaking expertise. Today, Anne and Hervé Tijou oversee 35 hectares of vineyards in Anjou, crafting fine Loire Valley wines through a blend of tradition and modern techniques.
