Yerushalemi Distillery, located in Moshav Zano’ah between Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem, is a new Israeli craft distillery. It produces peated single malt whiskys at different smoking levels, three types of rum, Yerushalmi gin, and bocha. Founded by David Zibel, Nitai Morgenstern, and Amir Lev, the distillery brings innovation and local character to Israel’s spirits scene.
